



It must be said that raw food—while belittled with derogatory connotations—unlike conventional cooking does nothing to stymie that crisp juiciness of a bell pepper, the uninhibited richness of a cashew, the intensity of a strawberry at its peak. All such sensations were rendered sublime at Riga’s Raw Garden.
Their mammoth cashew cheese pizza, orange cheesecake, and luxuriant variety of sweeties have certainly turned me into a raw believer.
